Description

April Cottage is a lovely bright and stylish holiday cottage, whilst also being comfortable and cosy, and just moments from the long sandy beach in Looe. It is ideally located to be able to walk to everything, with a great choice of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants on your doorstep, but at the same time tucked away in one of the narrow, hidden streets of East Looe just back from the harbour front.

Entering from street level there are just three wide steps down to the living accommodation which is then all on one level so ideal for someone less mobile and no steep hills to contend with in this part of Looe.

 

GROUND FLOOR:

Open-plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room: Electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table & chairs for 4
Living Area: TV with DVD player, CD player.
Bedroom 1: King size bed (5'), bedside units, wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), bedside unit, wardrobe.
Bathroom: Thermostatic shower over ¾ size bath, basin, w.c.

 

GARDEN & PARKING: Bench at the front. No garden but a very short walk to the beach. There is no private parking with the property but unloading can be done close by. Plenty of parking available in the Millpool Car Park 10 mins walk away. Please see Looe Parking for up to date charges.

 

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am
Power and Heat: Gas and electricity included in price, gas central heating. Heated towel rail in bathroom.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Not provided as limited room for travel cot in bedroom.
Pub: 0.1 ml  Shop: 0.1 ml

Absolutely stunning cottage, ground level in a perfect location. Super stylish and very modern. Family of four and the cottage worked perfectly. Lovely little extra touches in the cottage for a real luxurious feel. Very family friendly area. Would go back and back again. 5 stars from us
